[CLOSED][0.7.9] Healer/EarthPony Spoon bug

The spoon isn't giving it's +1 attack at all, when I play as the Healer/Earth Pony.

The spoon is giving +1 attack... -20%. Which counts as 0.8 attack and then it can be rounded down in several cases.
